Join us for the mouthwatering aroma of grilled delights to the lively chatter of Odia friends and family.

Location: Zuiderpark, The Hague
Attention: 26th May is the preferred date. But, Event plan may vary in case of unexpected weather / circumstances .
How to Reach :
The Zuiderpark has several entrances – On Vreeswijkstraat, Loevesteinlaan, Melis Stokelaan and Veluweplein.
- Public transportation
The Zuiderpark can be reached by trams 9 and 16 (stop Zuiderpark/Melis Stokelaan) or by buses 23 (stop Loevesteinlaan), buses 25 and 26 (stop Vreeswijkstraat). - Bicycles
The Zuiderpark is easy to reach from various sides by bicycle and moped/scooter. You will find cycling facilities in various places in the park to store your bicycle/moped. - Cars
If you come by car, the Zuiderpark can be reached via the Melis Stokelaan/Aagje Dekenlaan roundabout. There are three parking spaces in the park, namely at the entrances on Veluweplein and Melis Stokelaan (near the Melis Stokelaan/Aagje Dekenlaan roundabout).

Event FAQs
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a ticket and receive a refund. Ticket transfers are possible.
If we are not able to host because of any unavoidable circumstances, then we’ll refund full amount excluding the transaction charges.
Do note that we might have to cancle the event at the last moment, after incurring expenses for the event. For e.g. a sudden change in weather, law and order situation etc. In such cases a reasonable amount excluding the expenses will be refunded.
This Barbecue is organized in an open park . So, we encourage all the parents to keep an eye on their child(ren). Also, they can enjoy some fun lawn games in the park.
Unfortunately No. We need the names and dietary preferences of every person registered for better planning and coordination.
