Ticket refunds:
- Cancellation and refund of ticket costs is only possible till 23:59 hours on 12 November 2021. A platform fee of €3 would be deducted from refunded ticket price.
- Please drop a note to oscanodisha@gmail.com if you intend to cancel your purchase.
- Ticket prices would be refunded in total, if the event has to be cancelled due to (new) COVID restrictions.

It's a huge park. Where do I find everyone?
On the day of the event, the exact location would be shared on the OSCAN WhatsApp group by people at the venue.
What if it rains on that day?
We will arrange a big party tent if the weather forecast looks unfavourable. Additionally, we recommend wearing warm and waterproof coats/jackets and carrying an umbrella too, like you would normally do when visiting a park in autumn.
Is there a dress code?
Dress the way you like! Plenty of pictures would be clicked, so wear your best smile.
