We (OSCAN) celebrated the grand celebration of Jagannath Ratha Jatra ( the Festival of Chariots ) in the Netherlands for 3rd year in a row.

Ratha Jatra is a divine festival steeped in tradition and spirituality, marking the annual journey of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra from the Jagannath Temple to the Gundicha Temple. It is a time of immense joy, devotion, and unity as we come together to witness the majestic chariot procession and seek the blessings of the Lord.

Our celebration featured colourful chariots adorned with flowers, melodious bhajans, vibrant cultural performances, and delicious prasadam. It’s a momentous occasion to immerse ourselves in the divine atmosphere and experience the divine presence of Lord Jagannath.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha delegates from Embassy of India , serving as the Chief Guest,, inaugurated cultural programs and  addressed the community with his wonderful views on Ratha Jatra.  The cultural event included Bhajans, Odissi, and other cultural performances by young and talented participants.
