UTKAL DIBASA 2025

Odia Socio Cultural Association Netherlands (OSCAN- https://www.oscan.org/ ), in collaboration with the Embassy of India, proudly celabrated an enchanting evening celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Odisha on the occasion of Utkal Dibasa!

The Indian Ambassador to the Netherlands Mr Kumar Tuhin  , serving as the Chief Guest, inaugurated cultural programs and  addressed the community with his wonderful views on Odisha.  The cultural event included Bhajans, Odissi, and other cultural performances by young and talented participants.
