Its been 4 years OSCAN has been celebrating the festival of Kartika Purnima with all its OSCAN family members.Even this year, amidst the restrictions imposed due to Corona virus, OSCAN had its unique way to cherish the festival.The team had made a boita (boat) which was passed to every Odia family residing in Netherlands. The family who received the boita had its wishes & signature penned down on the boita and this was the harbinger to pass it on to the next family.
